2012 Client Survey Results

In 2012 an independent survey of our clients found that overall satisfaction with our services was 8.9 out of 10.

The best private banks score 6 to 7.

Dawn Mischewski, the joint managing director of Stokes Mischewski, the independent market research firm who conducted the survey, made the following comment about the result:

In 15 years of conducting customer satisfaction studies, including many for the financial sector, I have not seen an organisation that matches Stewart Partners for superb results across all areas of client service and performance.

Clients praise Stewart Partners’ advisers for taking the time to build close relationships and providing tailored advice based on a personal understanding of each individual client’s needs. Notably, clients also commend the firm for helping them to successfully navigate the turbulent waters of investment markets in recent years.

From the results of Stewart Partners’ satisfaction survey, it is abundantly clear that Stewart Partners’ clients feel confident that their financial affairs are in the very best hands, and that they are cared for by advisers that truly have clients’ interests at heart.

 

The results highlighted that clients initially approached Stewart Partners for our financial expertise, but during the course of our relationship their expectations were surpassed.

Some of the results from the comprehensive survey included:

  • 90% scored 9 or 10 for responsiveness of their adviser
  • 80% scored 9 or 10 for our understanding of their values & lifestyle objectives
  • 77% believe we proactively contact them
  • 50% scored 9 or 10 for value of fees paid
